These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 6riw (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 6riw online betting and casino platform accessible at 6riw.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an active account on 6riw, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are registering as an individual for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.

• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended 6riw account under any name, mobile number, email address, device, or payment method.

• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee of 6riw or any affiliated entity.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under duress or compulsion.

6riw reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility condition at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 6riw will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 6riw Platform. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. The following account management rules apply:

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or security codes with any other person.
• You must notify 6riw immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 6riw will never contact you to request your account password by any means. Any communication purporting to be from 6riw that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

• Accounts that have not been accessed for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 6riw may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after the initial twelve-month period, provided the account balance remains positive.
• Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be closed by 6riw at its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on the 6riw Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 6riw does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own fees as per their respective service terms.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 6riw, though payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 6riw balance in real time, typically within thirty (30) seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Deposits made via Visa and Mastercard may take up to fifteen (15) minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on issuing bank processing times.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳500,000 per transaction, subject to identity verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet or card used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• 6riw reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Processing timelines are paused during the verification period.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Age Restriction: 6riw strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds (net of any losses) returned to the original payment method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6riw Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a fictitious identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any algorithmic betting system to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 6riw.

• 6riw is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

6riw may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes filed by you against 6riw with your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a self-excluded player.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within fifteen (15) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 6riw makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6riw, you agree to first contact 6riw's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. The support team aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint at [email protected]. Please include your account username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence in your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.
